In the present study, in addition to collecting relevant information from the specialists and informed sources, data on costs and benefits was obtained from sugar beet farmers in a specilly designed questioner. The area under study was divided into four categories on the basis of acreage. Mechanized and non-mechanized farms were studied separately. Mean comparisons of cost, yield, and profit showed significant differences at0.005% level except in two cases. The analysis of data showed that 80 percent of the production costs was spent on irrigation, Cultivation, thinning, and transportation. Irrigation costs were 46.77 percent and 39.04 percent of the total costs in mechanized and non-mechanized farming, respectively. Transportation cost was 18-19 percent. of the total costs in both production methods. Thinning and cultivation made up 11.21 and 78 percent of the total costs in mechanized and non-mechanized farming, respectively. There was a positive relationship between the amount of labor required and the cost in all farming operation, Labor required farminq 1 hectar of sugar beets with mechanized and non-mechanized methods was 418.7 and 702.4 hours respectively, As a result of saving 283.7 hours of labor per unit area, mechanized farming cost less than non—mechanized farming. The study showed that due to the prevalence of traditional crop maintenance practices in sugar beet production, increasing the acreage causes an increase production socts and a reduction in productivity. In mechanized farming, the average yield and production cost per hectar in 1—hectar and 5—15 hectar farm were 30.50 tons 437660 Rials and 25.01 tons 505730 Rials, respectively, while in non-mechanized farming,. the average yield and production cast per hectar in 1—hectar and 5-15 hectar farms were 28.40 tons—48830 Rials and 2303 tons 560570 Rials, respectively. Among the seven regions, Assadabad with 36.6 tons had the highest yield per hectar. In this region, the farms who used mechanized farming method and the lowest production cost of 387200 Rials per hectar.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {بررسی هزینه ها و در آمدهای زراعت چغندر قند د رحوزه عمل کارخانه قند همدان در سال 1368}, abstract_fa = {به منظور شناخت میزان سودآوری و قدرت رقابت چغندر قند با محصولات رقیب و دستیابی به موانع ومشکلات توسعه زراعت چغندرقند ‘هزینه ها و درآمدهای این زراعت در منطقه همدان مطالعه شد. در این مطالعه علاوه بر نظرخواهی از مطلعین وکارشناسان پرسشنامه هایی در دوبخش تنظیم گردید. بخش اول به هزینه ها و درآمدها و بخش دوم به نظرخواهی از زراعین تخصیص یافت. منطقه مورد مطالعه به هفت حوزه تقسیم و بهره برداریها بر اساس سطح زیر کشت چغندرقند در چهارگروه طبقه بندی شد. زراعتهای ماشینی و غیر ماشینی بطور مجزا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت . مقایسه میانگین های پارامترهای هزینه‘ تولید وسود با استفاده از روش آماری"بررسی اختلاف بین k میانگین" انجام شد که تفاوت بین میانگین ها باستثنای دو مورد د ر سطح 005/0 درصد معنی دار بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل ساختار هزینه ها نشان داد که 5/61 و 6/9 درصد هزینه ها زراعت چغندر قند صرف عملیات آبیاری ‘ تنک و جین وحمل ونقل می شود. آبیاری 77/46 درصد کل هزینه ها در روش ماشینی و 04/39 درصد در روش غیرماشینی را موجب می شود. هزینه حمل ونقل در دو شیوه ماشینی وغیر ماشینی 8/14 تا 8/11 درصد است وعملیات تنک و وجین به ترتیب 21/11 و 6/9 درصد هزینه ها در شیوه های ماشینی و غیر ماشینی را به خود اختصاص می دهد. ترکیب نیروی کارمصرفی در زراعت چغندر قند نشان می دهد که رابطه مستقیمی وغیرماشینی را به خوداختصاص می دهد. ترکیب نیروی کار مصرفی در زراعت چغندرقند نشان می دهدکه رابطه مستقیمی بین میزان نیروی کار مصرفی و حجم هزینه ها درهر یک از فعالیتها وجود دارد. کار مصرفی در زراعت 1 هکتار چغندر قند به شیوه ماشینی وغیرماشینی بترتیب 7/418 و 4/702 ساعت بوده و در نتیجه بکار گرفتن ماشین سبب صرفه جوئی 7/283 ساعت کار شده است . به همین دلیل مزارع ماشینی نسبت به مزارع غیرماشینی از هزینه تولیدی کمتری برخورداراست. این مطالعه نشان می دهد که به دلیل سنتی بودن فعالیتها ی مرحله داشت در زراعت چغندرقند‘ گسترش سطح زیرکشت افزایش حجک هزینه ها وکاهش کارآیی تولید را موجب می شود. در شیوه تولید ماشینی متوسط تولید مزارع یک هکتاری 5/30 تن درهکتار باهزینه 437660 ریال و متوسط تولید مزارع 15-5 هکتاری 01/25 تن درهکتار با هزینه 505730 ریال بوده است. درحالیکه در شیوه تولید غیرماشینی متوسط تولید مزارع یک هکتاری 4/28 تن درهکتار با هزینه 488830 ریال ومتوسط تولید مزارع 15-5 هکتاری 03/23 تن درهکتار با هزینه 560570 ریال می باشد.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://jijas.ut.ac.ir/article_15915.html}, eprint = {https://jijas.ut.ac.ir/article_15915_e921dea5838b69baab79381f8f7ac6e7.pdf} }
