The experiments showed that B.Thuringiensis-infected larvae stopped feeding one day after the spraying. Mortality reached 65% within a week,a rate which remained constant up to the end of the second week, which was the end of the experiments. The diflubenzuron-infected Iarvae,however, continued to feed with various de.grees of intensity up to a week after spraying,and thier mortality reached 100% after the experiment period of 14 days. In both cases the mortality rates are based on the average of the two respective doses. Both insecticides have a satisfactory situation with respect to secondary effects. The effect of B.thuringiensis started after 24 hours and reached its peak of 73.33% on the 9th day, with the lower dosage rate of 500 g/ha. The impact of diflubenzuron started only after the 4th day of the experiment and reached its peak of 100% on the 12th day.Here,100,the higher dosage did not prove to be more effective.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {مقایسه دو حشره کش Diflubenzsuron Bacillus Thuringiensis لاروسن 5 ابریشم باف ناجور(Lymantria dispar L.)}, abstract_fa = {طبق مطالعات انجام شده (2‘3و4) دو فراورده مورد آزمایش هر چند به لحاظ ماهیت در دو گروه متفاوت قرا ردارند ولی ا زجنبه حشره کشی و تاثیر مطلوب روی فون حشرات مفید خواص مشترک دارند وامروزه بمنظور رعایت مسائل زیست محیطی و حفظ تعادل طبیعی این قبیل حشره کشها در اغلب اکوسیستم ها بخصوص در مناطق جنگلی کاربرد داشته و ازاهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. بمنظور روشن کردن نحوه حشره کشی ومقایسه تاثیر آنها آزمایشهایی با استفاده از حشره کش میکروبی Bacullus thuringiensis بانام تجارتی (Thuricide HP) و ترکیب Diflubenzuron با نام تجارتی (Dimilin Wp 25) هر کدام با دو دز مختلف در شرایط آزمایشگاهی با حرارت 1±25 درجه سانتیگراد و درصد رطوبت نسبی 3±73 و 12 ساعت روشنایی با شدت 1000 لوکس در 5 تیمار (با انتخاب شاهد) و 3 تکرار وهر تکرار شامل 15 عدد لاروسن 5 ابریشم باف ناجور که یکی از مهمترین آفات درختان و درختچه های جنگلی است صورت گرفت. چون هدف از این آزمایش مقایسه تاثیر دو حشره کش بوده و طبق آزمایشهای مقدماتی انجام شده روی لاروهای سن 1و3 ابریشم باف ناجور سی درصد تلفات نسبت به زمان روی لاروهای سن 5 بهتر و گویاتر از لاروهای سنین پایین استنتاج می شد. آزمایشها نشان داد تغذیه لارهای آلوده شده به (Thuricide HP) یکروز پس از باکتر ی پاشی متوقف ومرگ ومیر آنها پس از هشت روز به 5/66% (متوسط دو دز مصرفی) رسید و این میزان تلفات تا پایان آزمایش که چهارده روز بطول انجامید ثابت بوده است . تغذیه در لاروهای آلوده به حشره کش (Dimilin Wp 25) تا یک هفته پس از آلوده سازی تا حدی ادامه داشته و مرگ ومیر پس از 14 روز به 100% (متوسط دو روز مصرفی) رسیده است. اضافه می شود اثر حشره کش میکروبی پس از 24 ساعت شروع و در روز نهم به حداکثر خود یعنی 33/73% بادزپائیین مصرفی (500 گرم درهکتار) رسیده در صورتیکه تلفات ناشی از حشره کش (Dimilin Wp 25) از روز چهارم شروع و روز چهاردهم بحداکثر خود 100% (میانگین دزهای مصرفی) می رسد. قابل ذکر است که در مصرف این دو ترکیب دز بالا رجحانی نشان نداده است.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://jijas.ut.ac.ir/article_16071.html}, eprint = {https://jijas.ut.ac.ir/article_16071_cb20d58998271618efff197c6d844838.pdf} }
