F1 and reciprocal crosses were evaluated in a triple lattice design , in 2002. Significant ( p< 0.01) differences were observed among genotypes for all studied traits. Therefore , Griffing’s method 3 , model 1 was used to partition the genotypic effect into general combining ability (gca) ,specific combining ability (sca), and reciprocal effects. Variances due to gca and sca, and also the reciprocal effects were significant ( p< 0.01 ) for all studied traits. According to Baker , the ratio of was calculated for each trait to detect the relative importance of additive and non additive gene effects . Based on this ratio, additive gene effects were more important than non additive gene effects for all the studied traits . General combining ability effects were significant for most parents in all the studied traits. Specific combining ability effects were significant in few crosses (for all the traits studied), except for yield and plant height, in which they were significant in more than 50 % of the crosses. High heterosis was observed in more than 50 %of the crosses for all studied characteristics. The highest and lowest degrees of heterosis were observed for grain yield and number of ear row, respectively. Number of days from planting to tassel emergence and maturity indicated negative heterosis. Although high broadsence heritability estimates (0.85 to 0.95) were observed for most traits, the estimates of narrowsence heritability were relatively low, the lowest values belonging to number of kernel row and grain yield (0.23 and 0.38) respectively. Number of days from planting to maturity was of the highest narrowsence heritability ( 0.74).}, keywords = {Additive and non additive gene effects,combining ability,Corn,Diallele,Grain yield,heritability,heterosis}, title_fa = {برآورد هتروزیس و ترکیب‌پذیری در ذرت به روش تلاقی‌های دای آلل}, abstract_fa = {از تلاقی‌های دای آلل کامل بین10 اینبرد لاین ذرت برای برآورد پارامترهای ژنتیکی عملکرد، برخی از اجزاء عملکرد و چند صفت دیگر استفاده شد. دورگ‌های اصلی و تلاقی‌های متقابل آنها‌، در سال زراعی 1381 در یک طرح آماری لاتیس در سه تکرار مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تفاوت بین ژنوتیپ‌ها برای کلیه صفات در سطح احتمال 1 در صد معنی‌دار بود. لذا با استفاده از مدل 1 روش 3 گریفینگ، اثر ژنوتیپ‌ها به اثرات ترکیب پذیری عمومی وخصوصی و نیز تلاقی‌های متقابل تفکیک گردید. واریانس‌های ترکیب‌پذیری عمومی و خصوصی و نیز اثرتلاقی‌های متقابل برای کلیه صفات در سطح احتمال 1 درصد معنی‌دار شد. بر اساس پیشنهاد بیکر (1978) از نسبت برای تعیین اهمیت نسبی اثرات افزایشی و غیرافزایشی ژن‌ها استفاده شد. این نسبت نشان داد که برای کلیه صفات مورد بررسی نقش اثر افزایشی ژن‌ها، بیشتر از اثر غیرافزایشی ژن‌ها می‌باشد. اثر ترکیب‌پذیری عمومی در اغلب والدها برای کلیه صفات معنی‌دار بود. اثرات ترکیب‌پذیری خصوصی دورگ‌ها بجز برای صفات عملکرد دانه و ارتفاع گیاه که در بیش از نیمی از دورگ‌ها معنی‌دار بود، در بقیه صفات برای تعداد کمی از دورگ‌ها معنی‌دارگردید. تقریباً بیش از 50 درصد از دورگ‌ها در ارتباط با صفات مورد بررسی نسبت به والد برترشان هتروزیس نشان دادند. بیشترین مقدار متوسط هتروزیس برای عملکرد دانه وکمترین آن برای تعداد ردیف دانه به دست آمد . صفت تعداد روز ازکاشت تا ظهور 50 در صد ازگل‌های تاجی هتروزیس منفی نشان داد. گرچه کلیه صفات از توارث‌پذیری عمومی بالائی برخوردار بودند (85/0تا 95/0)، ولی توارث‌پذیری خصوصی آنها نسبتاً پائین و کمترین آن مربوط به تعداد ردیف دانه و پس از آن عملکرد دانه (به ترتیب 23/0و38/0) بود. بیشترین توارث‌پذیری‌خصوصی برای صفت تعداد روز ازکاشت تا رسیدگی و به مقدار 74/0 به دست آمد.}, keywords_fa = {ترکیب پذیری,دای آلل,ذرت,عمل افزایشی و غیرافزایشی ژن,عملکرد دانه,قابلیت توارث,هتروزیس}, url = {https://jijas.ut.ac.ir/article_17605.html}, eprint = {https://jijas.ut.ac.ir/article_17605_815d6938a531ca7d495db9c16a9cbe6c.pdf} }
