However, the magnitude differs with plant growth stage, planting date, maturity group and duration of drought. This study, with the purpose of evaluation of response of commercial soybean varieties of different maturity groups (III, IV, and V) to water stress condition at the late reproductive stage, was conducted under water stress and non-stress conditions, using group balanced block design with 4 replications. Significant differences were found for most traits except for plant height, number of pods/plant, 100-seed weight and number of seeds/plant among maturity groups as well as among varieties within maturity groups. With respect to seed yield, significant differences were observed only among maturity groups under water stress conditions. Traits affected most by water stress were seed yield, 100-seed weight, number of pods/plant and duration of seed filling period. Since stress intensity for maturity groups of III and IV was high, (SI = 0.62), and for maturity group V low, (SI=0.28), therefore, the subsequent analyses on maturity groups III and IV were done together and separate from maturity group V. Under non-water stress condition, both harvest index and number of pods/plant for maturity groups III and IV as well as duration of seed filling period and harvest index for maturity group V were recognized as the effective traits associated with the soybean seed yield. Under water stress condition, for all maturity groups, harvest index and number of pods/plant were recognized as the most effective traits affecting seed yield.}, keywords = {Maturity groups,soybean,water deficit stress,yield}, title_fa = {بررسی عکس العمل ارقام تجارتی سویا در شرایط تنش رطوبتی در اواخر مرحلة زایشی}, abstract_fa = {تنش رطوبتی در هر مرحله از نمو گیاه می تواند عملکرد بذر سویا را کاهش دهد. اما مقدار تحمل به خشکی و به دنبال آن کاهش عملکرد در نتیجه تنش آب با مرحله نمو گیاه، تاریخ کاشت، گروه رسیدگی و مدت دوام خشکی تغییر می‌کند. این مطالعه بمنظور بررسی عکس‌العمل ارقام تجارتی سویا از گروه‌های مختلف رسیدگی (III، IV و V) به تنش کمبود آب در اواخر مرحلة زایشی (5R تا 8R) در قالب طرح بلوکهای متعادل گروهی با چهار تکرار و در دو محیط تنش و بدون تنش انجام شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس صفات مورد بررسی در محیط تنش و بدون تنش، تفاوت معنی‌داری را برای اکثر صفات بجز، ارتفاع گیاه، تعداد غلاف در بوته، وزن 100 دانه، و تعداد بذر در گیاه بین گروه‌های رسیدگی و همچنین ارقام داخل گروه‌های رسیدگی نشان داد. از نظر عملکرد بذر تنها در محیط تنش بین گروههای رسیدگی اختلاف معنی‌داری دیده شد. بیشترین آسیب ناشی از تنش آبی مربوط به صفت عملکرد بذر، وزن100 دانه، تعداد غلاف در گیاه و طول دورة پر شدن دانه بود. شدت تنش (SI) برای ارقام گروه‌های رسیدگی III و IV بالا (62/0) و برای ارقام گروه رسیدگی V پائین (28/0) بود بنابراین تجزیه‌های بعدی برای ارقام در گروه‌های رسیدگی III و IV با همدیگر و مجزای از گروه رسیدگی V انجام گرفت. در محیط بدون تنش، براساس نتایج همبستگی ساده صفات، رگرسیون گام به گام و تجزیه علیّت، صفات شاخص برداشت و تعداد غلاف در گیاه برای ارقام گروه‌های رسیدگی III و IV و صفات طول دوره پر شدن دانه و شاخص برداشت برای ارقام گروه رسیدگی V به عنوان صفات موثر مرتبط با عملکرد بذر شناسایی شدند. در محیط تنش، برای ارقام گروه‌های رسیدگی III و IV و همچنین ارقام گروه رسیدگی V، صفات شاخص برداشت و تعداد غلاف در گیاه به عنوان موثرترین صفا ت بر عملکرد بذر شناسایی گردیدند.}, keywords_fa = {تنش کمبود آب,سویا,عملکرد,گروه‌های رسیدگی}, url = {https://jijas.ut.ac.ir/article_17666.html}, eprint = {https://jijas.ut.ac.ir/article_17666_633427ff5eb46aad6f557f187b03890a.pdf} }
