Some enzymatic systems have a critical role in scavenging cells from these active oxygen species. Changes of catalase and peroxidase activities and their effects on chlorophyll and membrance stability were investigated in tolerant (Azadi, Roshan and M-79-4), Semi-tolerant (M-79-17 and Karaj 1) and succeptible (Kavir and Marvdasht) wheat cultivars. Peroxidase activiy increased in Azadi, M-79-4 and M-79-17 under drought stress. Although, peroxidase activity didn’t increased in Roshan, this cutlivar showed the highest level of this enzyme activity under both drought and control conditions. The activity of catalase remained constant or decreased in all cultivars under drought stress, and there wasn’t a clear relationship between catalase activity and drought tolerance. Azadi, Roshan, M-79-4 and Karaj 1 showed the highest chlorophyll stability index. Also, M-79-17 and Roshan showed the highest while Kavir showed the lowest cell membrane stability under drought stress. Under drought stress condition there was a positive correlations between peroxidase activity and yield and chlorophyll b stability index but, catalase activity didn’t show positive correlation with yield. Also, there was a negative correlation between peroxidase activity and cell membrane injury during drought stress. Our results suggested that peroxidase activity under drought stress resulted in cell membrane and chlorophyll stability and is closely associated with cultivars’ tolerance to drought stress.}, keywords = {Catalase,Cell membrane injury,chlorophyll stability index,Peroxidase,Wheat}, title_fa = {بررسی ارتباط فعالیت برخی آنزیمهای آنتی اکسیدانت با پایداری غشای سلولی و کلروفیل در ارقام گندم نان مقاوم و حساس به تنش خشکی}, abstract_fa = {درشرایط تنش خشکی افزایش میزان گونه‌های فعال اکسیژن موجب خسارت به اساسی‌ترین ماکرومولکول‌های سلول نظیر پروتئین ها، چربی ها و اسیدهای نوکلئیک می گردد. برخی سیستم های آنزیمی نقش مهمی در پاکسازی سلول از این گونه های فعال اکسیژن بر عهده دارند. لذا تغییر فعالیت آنزیمهای کاتالاز و پراکسیداز در شرایط تنش خشکی و اثر آن بر میزان پایداری غشای سلولی و کلروفیل در ارقام مقاوم (بک کراس روشن بهاره، آزادی و M-79-4 )، نیمه مقاوم (کرج 1 و M-79-17 ) و حساس (کویر و مرودشت) گندم نان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تنش خشکی باعث افزایش فعالیت پراکسیداز در رقم های آزادی، M-79-4 و M-79-17 گردید. در حالیکه چنین افزایشی در سایر ارقام مشاهده نشد. در رقم مقاوم بک کراس روشن بهاره، هرچند که افزایش فعالیت این آنزیم در شرایط تنش خشکی مشاهده نشد، ولی این رقم بالاترین فعالیت پراکسیداز را در شرایط تنش و کنترل داشت. از طرفی فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز در شرایط تنش خشکی در ارقام مختلف یا ثابت بود و یا کاهش یافت و رابطه مشخصی بین فعالیت این آنزیم و مقاومت به خشکی مشاهده نشد. در شرایط تنش خشکی رقم های M-79-4، آزادی، بک کراس روشن بهاره و کرج 1 شاخص پایداری کلروفیل بیشتری نسبت به سایر ارقام داشتند. همچنین رقم های M-79-17 و بک کراس پایدارترین و کویر بی ثبات ترین غشای سلولی را در شرایط تنش خشکی داشت. در شرایط تنش خشکی، همبستگی مثبتی بین فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز با عملکرد و پایداری کلروفیل b وجود داشت. در حالیکه، بین فعالیت کاتالاز با عملکرد همبستگی مثبتی مشاهده نشد. همچنین بین فعالیت پراکسیداز با میزان خسارت به غشای سلولی یک همبستگی منفی وجود داشت. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که فعالیت بیشتر پراکسیداز در شرایط تنش خشکی، منجر به پایداری بیشتر غشای سلولی و کلروفیل شده و با مقاومت ژنوتیپها به خشکی مرتبط است.}, keywords_fa = {پراکسیداز,درصد خسارت به غشای سلولی,شاخص پایداری کلروفیل,کاتالاز,گندم}, url = {https://jijas.ut.ac.ir/article_17729.html}, eprint = {https://jijas.ut.ac.ir/article_17729_d8bdf8bd01c2d8c0cf0f2db2c8cf561e.pdf} }
