Necessary power and exposure time to prevent egg hatch, along with adult, pupae and larval mortality were 100W and 900Sec, and 200W and l2OSec,respectively. Moreover males and females of Indian meal moth and Mediterranean flour moth exhibited a more mortality rate at power levels of 100 and 200W along with exposure times of 900 and l2OSec,respectively. Males were more sensitive than females to microwave radiation. The pupa of Mediterranean flour moth constituted the most sensitive developmental stage with 97.5% and 95% mortality rates in power levels of 100 and 200W along with exposure times of 900 and l2OSec respectively. The adult stage of Indian meal moth formed the most vulnerable phase with 87.5% and 92.5% mortality rates in power levels of 100 and 200W with exposure times of 900 and l2OSec respectively. The adult stage in Saw toothed grain beetle was the most vulnerable developmental stage with 87.5% and 92.5% mortality rates in power levels of 100 and 200W along with exposure times of 900Sec and l2OSec respectively. Moreover power levels of 200 along with 6OSec exposure time for adults in Mediterranean flour moth, and 100W with 600Sec exposure time are suitable for prevention of egg hatch in Indian meal moth and for acceptable mortality rate at adult and egg stages in Saw toothed grain beetle.}, keywords = {Indian meal moth,Mediterranean flour moth,Microwave,Saw toothed grain beetle,Stored product pests}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر امواج مایکروویو با توا نها و زمان های مختلف روی مراحل زیستی سه گونه آفت انباری}, abstract_fa = {مراحل مختلف زیستی سه آف ت مهم اقتصادی، شب پره هندی Plodia interpunctella (Hub.) ، شب پره مدیترانه ای آرد Ephestia kuehniella(Zell.) و شپشه دندانه دار Oryzaephilus surinamensis (L.) تحت تابش امواج مایکروویو با فرکانس 2450 مگاهرتز در توان 100 وات با زمان های 600،300 و 900 ثانیه و توان 200 وات با زمان های 60،30 و 120 ثانیه قرار گرفتند .در تمام آزمایش ها میزان مرگ و م یر با افزایش زمان، افزایش یافت . توان و زمان مورد نیاز برای جلوگیری از تفریخ تخ م ها، مرگ و میر لاروها، کنترل مرحله شفیرگی و تلفات حشرات کامل نر و ماده در ش ب پره هندی و شب پره مدیترانه ای آرد به ترتیب 100 وات و 900 ثانیه،200 وات و 120 ثانیه بود . حشرات کامل نر در شب پره هندی و شب پره مدیترانه ای آرد حساسیت بیشتری درمقایسه با حشرات ماده نسبت به امواج داشتند . نتایج نشان داد که شفیره های شب پره مدیترانه ای آرد در توان 100 وات و زمان 900 ثانیه متحمل 5/97 درصدتلفات و در توان 200 وات و زمان 120 ثانیه با 95 درصد تلفات حساسیت بالایی نسبت به امواج دارند .در شب پره هندی حشرات کامل در توان 100 وات و زمان 900 ثانیه با 5/87 درصد و توان 200 وات و زمان 120 ثانیه با 5/92 درصدتلفات حساس ترین مرحله زیستی بودند .حشرات کامل شپشه دندانه دار نیز حساسیت بیشتری نسبت به سایر مراحل زیس تی نشان دادند و در توان 100 وات با زمان 900 ثانیه ، 5/87 درصد و در توان 200 وات با زمان 120 ثانیه 5/92 درصد تلفات داشتند .توان 100 وات با زمان 600 ثانیه باعث ایجاد مرگ و میر در حشرات کامل وتخم های شپشه دندان ه دار گردید ونیز باعث جلوگیری از تفریخ تخم های شب پره هندی شد .توان 200 وات در مدت 60 ثانیه توانست 5/82 درصد تلفات در حشرات کامل شب پره مدیتران های آرد ایجاد کند.}, keywords_fa = {آفات انباری,شب پره مدیتران های آرد,شب پره هندی,شپشه دندانه دار,مایکروویو}, url = {https://jijas.ut.ac.ir/article_17968.html}, eprint = {https://jijas.ut.ac.ir/article_17968_857f5d57587ea2060d4aacdfd47cdde0.pdf} }
