The 28 F1 hybrids and the eight parental lines were sown in a complete randomized block design with three replications at the Research Field of Agriculture Faculty of the University of Tehran during 2000-2001. Plant height, heading date, awn length, spike length, number of grains per spike, 500 kernel weight and grain yield were evaluated. Preliminary analysis of variance showed that differences due to genotypes were significant for all the traits. Diallel analysis was conducted using the mixed B model of method two of Griffing. The effect of general combining ability (gca) were highly significant for all the traits, while the specific combining ability (sca) effects were highly significant for all the traits except the spike length. The MS(GCA)/MS(SCA) was significant for all traits excluding the plant height. It was observed that the majority of the genetic variance in grain yield as well as yield components were due to additive gene action. Because of the high additive genetic variance of measured traits, heritability and the probability of successful selection of these characters is high. برای مطالعه اثر ترکیب‌پذیری عمومی و خصوصی و نحوة عمل ژنها در شرایط تنش خشکی در 6 لاین و دو رقم گندم نان از لحاظ صفات ارتفاع بوته، زمان خوشه‌دهی، طول ریشک، طول سنبله، تعداد دانه در سنبله، وزن 500 دانه و عملکرد دانه ازیک طرح دی‌آلل کراس 8*8 یک طرفه استفاده گردید. در پائیز سال 1379 بذر 28 دو رگ F1 به همراه 8 والد آنها (جمعاً 36 ژنوتیپ) در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تهران کشت گردید. نتایج تجزیه دی‌آلل بر اساس روش 2 مدل B گریفینگ نشان داد که اثر ترکیب‌پذیری عمومی (GCA) برای کلیه صفات و ترکیب‌پذیری خصوصی (SCA) به استثناء صفت طول سنبله برای بقیه صفات در سطح آماری 1% معنی‌دار است. نسبت میانگین مربعات GCA بر SCA در مورد کلیه صفات به غیر از صفت ارتفاع بوته معنی‌دار بود، نتیجه این که برای عملکرد دانه و سایر اجزای عملکرد بیشترین سهم واریانس ژنتیکی به واریانس افزایشی اختصاص دارد. بالا بودن سهم قابل توجه واریانس ژنتیکی افزایشی در صفات مذکور بیانگر بالا بودن میزان وراثت‌پذیری در این صفات بوده و زمینة انتخاب پاسخ‌دار برای این صفات را فراهم می‌سازد. https://jijas.ut.ac.ir/article_17469_aa871b8077dc7fb7eade546797f1b21f.pdf
